Case notes from the studio — how Good Design runs as a one-person practice working with Claude.

• Co-designing with Claude

  I run Good Design as one person. The studio ships videos, websites, and apps, and it carries more projects than a solo operator should be able to hold. It works because I don't hold all of it. Claude does.

  Every studio has a production process. Ours is a system that runs itself and improves itself while it runs.

  I don't work with one Claude. I work with four, and each has a seat it's good at.

• The method under the studio

  Underneath the studio and its production system sits a model. It's called Then.ODM, the Then. Organization Design Model, and it's the reason the rest holds together.
